In lovely Landa Park you can take a tour on a miniature train, enjoy a walking tour of the arboretum, swim at the largest spring fed pool in Texas, picnic or cook out and view the largest springs in Texas. This scenic city park situated among crystal springs heading the Comal River. Towering trees, spring-fed swimming pools, tubing, picnicking, boating, bicycling, hiking and golf. Largest springs in state (more than 8 million gallons an hour) form state's shortest river—2.5 miles.And that's not all! No visit to New Braunfels is complete without a stop at Landa. Here's just a few things to do if you find yourself at Landa Park.
1. Feed the Ducks and Geese
Be sure and bring your left-over bread or rolls!
2. Landa Park Boathouse
Located just behind Founder’s Oak, the Landa Park Boathouse on Landa Lake offer visitors an enjoyable and healthy way to tour the lake, home of the Comal Springs.
$3 per adult (min. of 2 people) per one-half hour

5. Miniature Train
The Landa Park miniature train is fun for all ages! A train trip is a wonderful way to explore the park. Train rides are available for individuals, groups, company picnics, etc.
$2.50 per person
Daily - May until beginning of public school & during spring break
Weekends only - September through April
6. Landa Park Aquatics Complex
The Landa Park Aquatic Complex houses three pools in one facility. There is a 1.5 million gallon Spring-fed Pool, a Zero-depth Pool, and the Bud Dallmann Olympic Pool for your fun in the water. The Comal Springs feeds the Spring-fed pool and stays a constant 72 degrees year round. The Spring-fed Pool has features such as the patented Wet Willie Slide, Rope Swing, Zip Line, and a zero-depth water play area with a mushroom waterfall.
